A reminder to myself since I have been a night owl for years.
“Early to bed, early to rise makes a (wo)man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

Haven’t updated in a little bit.
I have had a few months of splurge with fast and greasy food, and it has actually been nice. I enjoy it. However, I am getting married in December, and I would like to be more toned for my honeymoon. For SURE. So, I’m back! :)
I am also 100% certain that exercise and eating on a regular schedule will help with my chronic migraines and hypoglycemia. I know it will. Whatever schedule I have been on has really made me miserable and sick quite often. I’d like to build my immune system back up, so veggies it is.
I am also getting deeper into my relationship with Christ, which is SO WONDERFUL. More posts about that are also coming to this blog. :)
Thanks for reading,
Kitty
